Specialist AI agents for every major vendor negotiation

Purpose built agents that know each vendor's licensing model, the right intake questions, the optimization levers and the negotiation angles. Pick a vendor, open an agent and run it against your own agreement.

You paid $100,000 for advisory on your last Microsoft EA renewal. An AI agent runs the same playbook for 10 percent of that: more efficient, always consistent, and available 24/7.

01

Vendor directory

Every agent is scoped to one vendor and one commercial problem. Live agents run now in your browser. Preview agents can be requested and the team will switch them on for you.

02

How it works

Three steps from a renewal notice to a defensible negotiation position.

1

Pick the vendor and the problem

Choose from the directory: an EA renewal, a ULA exit, an EDP commit, an audit defense. Each agent covers exactly one commercial situation so nothing generic gets in the way.

2

Answer the intake questions

The agent asks the questions an advisor would ask: entitlements, deployment, spend, term dates. Your answers stay in your browser and drive everything downstream.

3

Get levers, angles and risks

The agent returns the optimization levers, the negotiation angles and the risk flags for your exact position, framed the way a buyer side advisor would put them to the vendor.

The new era of delivery

Built by the leading experts. Delivered as agents.

Every agent on this exchange was built by leading experts for its vendor: advisors with decades of licensing and negotiation engagements across Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, AWS and every other vendor we cover. The playbooks that used to arrive as workshops and slide decks now run as agents. Same expertise, 10 percent of the cost, available around the clock.

03

Why Redress Compliance

The agents encode the same playbooks our advisors use on live engagements.

Buyer side only

No vendor funding, no reseller margin, no referral fees. The only interest served is yours.

Vendor specific depth

Oracle ULA certification, SAP digital access, AWS EDP mechanics, Microsoft EA levels. Real licensing models, not generic advice.

No invented figures

Agents work from your inputs and flag anything unconfirmed. Nothing is made up to look precise.

Advisor escalation

Every agent output can be taken to a Redress advisor for a live engagement when the deal warrants it.

Status and value trajectory
E5 right profiling evidence supports moving 1,120 seats to E3: $1.4M per year, defensible per user. Inactive and duplicate coverage adds $0.5M. The position now more than offsets the proposed uplift.
Decision needed
Security sign off on the E5 to E3 profile moves by month end keeps the negotiation calendar aligned with the vendor's quarter close window.

"What will the agent send to my stakeholders?"

Exactly what you approve. New engagements start in review mode: every scheduled email the agent writes waits in an outbox where you edit, approve or skip it, one click each. You see the full 30 day send schedule in advance, you can pause the agent entirely, and questions it cannot answer are escalated to a named human instead of guessed at. When you trust the output, switch any engagement to auto send. Every action lands in a permanent activity log.

Frequently asked questions

What a vendor agent is, what it does with your inputs, and what it costs. The examples use the Microsoft EA Renewal agent, but every agent works the same way for its own vendor.

What exactly is a vendor AI agent?
A specialist AI assistant scoped to one vendor and one commercial situation, for example a Microsoft EA renewal, an Oracle ULA exit or an AWS EDP negotiation. It encodes the licensing model, the intake questions, the optimization levers and the negotiation angles that a buyer side advisor would bring to that exact situation. It is not a general chatbot: it will not answer questions outside its vendor and scope.
What does the agent actually do when I run it?
It works the way an advisor runs an engagement. First it asks the right intake questions: for an EA renewal that means your current agreement and enrollment, license counts per SKU, actual usage, spend, renewal date and growth plans. From your answers it builds a baseline position, identifies the optimization levers (right sizing, profile moves, duplicate coverage, commit levels), models scenarios, and produces negotiation angles with fallbacks and walk aways for the vendor conversation.
What do I need to have ready?
The same things an advisor would ask for on day one: your current agreement or entitlement summary, license or seat counts, an idea of actual usage, annual spend, and the renewal or anniversary date. The agent asks for each item explicitly and works with what you have: missing data is flagged, never invented.
What comes out at the end?
A defensible position you can take to the table: your baseline, the levers ranked by impact, scenario comparisons, the negotiation ladder (opening position, fallbacks, walk aways), and the risk flags an auditor or vendor rep would probe. Everything is grounded in your inputs, so it stands up when the vendor pushes back.
How is this different from asking a general AI chatbot?
Three ways. Depth: each agent carries a real playbook for its vendor, the same one our advisors use, not generic licensing trivia. Discipline: it asks the intake questions in the right order and refuses to guess figures it does not have. Accountability: the output is structured for a negotiation, and you can escalate to a human Redress expert on the plans that include one.
What if the agent gets something wrong or emails the wrong thing?
By default it can't email anything you haven't seen. Engagement workflows start in review mode: every AI written email waits in an outbox for your approval, with inline editing, and you can see the full 30 day send schedule in advance, snooze any send, or pause the agent entirely. Questions the agent judges beyond its scope are escalated to a named human with a drafted reply for review, and every output has a feedback control that teaches the agent what to correct. Auto send is opt in, per engagement, when the output has earned it.
Is my data safe?
Access requires a corporate account (Google sign in or email and password). Your answers stay within your organization's workspace, are never shared with vendors, and are not used to train models. You can ask for your account and data to be deleted at any time.
What does it cost?
Fully agentic access is $10,000 per agent for 12 months. For multiple agents, speak to sales. There are also two human backed plans: an agent with a Redress expert overseeing it, and a full service engagement powered by AI agents. Both are priced per engagement: see pricing.
Can I talk to a human expert?
Yes. On the AI Agent plus Human oversight plan you can bring a Redress expert into the loop at any point, and on the AI plus Humans plan the engagement is run full service by our advisors, powered by the agents. Fully agentic customers can upgrade at any time.
The vendor or workflow I need is not listed. Now what?
Request it. Sign in, choose Request an agent, name the vendor and describe the workflow you want covered. Requests go straight to the team that builds the agents, and most new agents start exactly this way.
