Free licensing calculators

Know your number before the vendor names theirs.

Ten free calculators for the estates that dominate enterprise software budgets. Each one is prefilled with a realistic mid size estate, computes deterministically from list prices and public licensing rules, and writes you a two page executive brief. No account needed to run one; reading the brief is free too.

How the calculators work

  1. Every number is deterministic. The math runs in your browser from list prices and public licensing rules, each noted with an as of date. Where a vendor publishes no list price, we model a corridor and say so.
  2. The AI writes, it never calculates. Opus 4.8 turns your computed position into a two page executive brief with prioritized recommendations. It is only allowed to use the numbers the calculator produced.
  3. Reading is free, taking it away needs an account. Run any calculator and read the full brief with no account. Downloading the PDF or emailing it to yourself takes a free corporate account.

Figures are modeled estimates on list pricing and public rules, never a quote and not a substitute for advisory. Nothing you enter is stored.
